Because we appreciate your help in making this event successful, we would like to extend a DISCOUNT for booking a booth early.

Our 3rd Annual Holiday Craft Fair will be held on November 28, 2026 - presented by the Beechwood Bands Boosters.

Your participation supports our mission of providing music education for our program's students. Also, we are proud to support our community on Small Business Saturday.

For applications submitted by January 5, 2026, we will hold our 2025 pricing (as listed in the form below).

For applications received after January 5, 2026, our pricing will be:

10x10' Single Booth, no electric: $75
10x10' Single Booth, with electric: $100
10x20' Double Booth, no electric: $125
10x20' Double Booth, with electric: $150

While the Beechwood Bands Boosters strives to limit the number of crafters promoting similar products at our event, we do not guarantee exclusive representation of any genre of craft.
