Become an annual Beechwood Band Benefactor and give to support the students of the Beechwood Bands
The Beechwood Bands are one of the leading small school instrumental music programs in Kentucky and nationally, offering students in grades 6-12 opportunities to grow as musicians and leaders in their community.
As a Beechwood Band Benefactor, your annual donation goes directly to support programs such as our 1/2 price private lessons program offered to students to help them develop as musicians and offer unique performance opportunities at the highest levels!
Recognition of the Beechwood Bands' success includes 11 State Marching Championships, 25 State Finalist appearances, numerous Distinguished Ratings in concert band judged performances, 2 Bands of America National Championships and 9 appearances as a National Semifinalist, and recognition by the John Philip Sousa Foundation as 2022 Sudler Shield winner, awarded to top bands internationally.
There are 3 giving levels as part of the Beechwood Band Benefactors with opportunities for recognition of your support of the Beechwood Bands:
Patron's Circle ($240 one-time donation or $20/month for 12 months): your name listed as a Beechwood Band Benefactor in all Beechwood Bands performance programs and on the Beechwood Bands website.
Musician's Circle ($600 one-time donation or $50/month for 12 months): Patron's Circle benefit plus recognition at the Annual Band Banquet including 2 dinner tickets, a Beechwood Bands Benefactor t-shirt, and a 1/3 page program ad in the Festival of Bands program.
Director's Circle ($1,200 one-time donation or $100/month for 12 months): Patron's Circle benefit plus recognition at the Annual Band Banquest including 2 dinner tickets, a Beechwood Bands Benefactor 1/4 zip pullover, invitation for 2 for Annual Director's Dinner to be held at Bouquet Restaurant on Wednesday, April 11, 2024, 2 tickets for the Festival of Bands (September), and a 1/2 page program ad in the Festival of Bands program.
You can make your Beechwood Band Benefactors donation in any of 4 ways:

Make a full year donation online by selecting your preferred one-time donation giving level below.

Make your first month's donation online by selecting your preferred monthly donation giving level below. Each month, we will email you with a reminder and a link to make your monthly donation.

Donate either your preferred full year of monthly giving level amount via Venmo (@BeechwoodBandBoosters). We will contact you via email to confirm the name to be included in recognition of your donation. If you choose to make a monthly donation, we will email you at the address associated with your Venmo account to remind you to make your monthly donation.

Mail a check at your. preferred giving level and include your name, email address, and the name to be included in recognition of your donation to Beechwood Band Boosters, 54 Beechwood Road, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.
