High School Symphonic  Band

The Beechwood High School Symphonic Band has set high standards in concert band performance since 1936. The Beechwood Symphonic Band has earned distinguished ratings at KMEA concert events for nearly 20 consecutive years. The band typically plays grade IV, V, VI level literature from every era of wind band history, transcriptions of orchestral pieces, and modern works for symphonic band. The Symphonic Band is comprised of Beechwood students in grades 9-12 and is under the direction of Mr. Austin Bralley and Ms. Savannah Starks.
