We will continue to accept applications on a wait list until 11/25/25 and contact you if space becomes available.

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Annual Holiday Craft Fair on November 29, 2025 - presented by the Beechwood Bands Boosters. Your participation supports our mission of providing music education for our program's students. Likewise, we are proud to support small businesses on Small Business Saturday.

Single 10 x 10 booth space, no electric: $60

Single 10 x 10 booth space, with electric: $75

Double booth 10 x 20 adjacent spaces, no electric: $110

Double booth 10 x 20 adjacent spaces, with electric: $125

Product Description

Explain in detail the crafts to be exhibited. This description may be used in materials promoting the show.

Submit 2-3 photos of your booth

While the Beechwood Bands Boosters strives to limit the number of crafters promoting similar products at our event, we do not guarantee exclusive representation of any genre of craft.
