Fundraising Opportunities


What’s for Dinner? 

  • Join us on May 11 from 4-8 at Chipotle in Crescent Springs. Grab dinner and help the band at the same time!

Upcoming Performances and Events


Sweet Jazz – April 23 

Sweet Jazz will be held on April 23 at 6:30pm in the new Performing Arts Center for the first time—yay! You can order tickets here: Sweet Jazz Tickets. 


Spring Band Concert - May 7

The spring band concert is on Thursday, May 7th at 6:30. Come out to support our middle school (6th, 7th, 8th grades) and high school bands as they play the culminating performance for this academic year. 


Band Banquet - May 14

Join us for the student awards ceremony on May 14 from 6-9 where we will acknowledge our students’ hard work this year and honor our seniors. This event requires a ticket and dinner is included. The ticket link is coming soon.


Marching Band Events and Activities


Show Reveal and Braxton Parent Event – May 4

  • Our show reveal is on Monday, May 4 at 6pm in the Performing Arts Center. 

  • This year we’re planning an extra-special celebration event at Braxton Barrell House for parents afterwards. To help us get a head count, please sign-up here: Braxton Registration .


Marching Band Spring Training - begins April 29

Marching band students and rising 7th-12th graders interested in learning more about joining the marching band should attend the spring training sessions. The first one is on Wednesday, April 29 from 3:30-5:30 in the cafeteria. Please check the band calendar for additional dates: https://www.beechwoodbands.org/calendar

Sweet Jazz Desserts

We need volunteers to provide sweet treats. One of the highlights of the evening is the dessert buffet during intermission and after the event, so contributions are greatly appreciated. Mulch Sale – Volunteers Needed

  • Delivery days are April 24–25, and this is one of our biggest all-hands-on-deck fundraisers of the year. We need:

    • Parents to help drive students on delivery routes  

    • Students to volunteer for deliveries  

    • Pickup trucks (or drivers willing to use them)

    • Volunteer Signup Form

Props Building – Coming Soon  Props construction will be starting soon, and this is one of the best ways to get involved and support the marching band. The more people we have helping, the faster we can get everything built—and that translates directly into more practice time for our students in the fall. Food Committee and Volunteers

We need help feeding our marching band students and we have two ways to get involved.

  • First, we’re looking to build a food committee to help ensure our students’ food needs are met throughout the marching season. This would be a group of people who work together to plan and support meals over the course of the season.

  • Second, we’re looking for individuals willing to commit to helping with organizing and/or preparing one or more meals during the marching season. Responsibilities can vary—sometimes it’s as simple as ordering pizza, and other times it might involve preparing part of a meal. You do NOT have to be a member of the food committee and we’re willing to work with you on your strengths and abilities!
